us every Saturday for our Studio Party. Come check out our dance floor
and meet our staff. Mingle with our students and other enthusiast while
dancing to a variety of music and most especially, have fun.
7:00PM - 10:00PM. $8 cover at the door.
Born
in the United Kingdom, Russell got a late start dancing at the ripe
old age of fourteen, old by European standards. As a young man, he fell
in love with ballroom dancing and soon started competing in dance competitions.
Some of his early titles include the Welsh Ten Dance Champion, Latin
Champion, and more. Russell moved to Los Angeles and turned professional
where he taught stars to dance, including Angelina Jolie in Beverly
Hills. Russell continued to complete competitively, married his lovely
wife and began the American dream of raising a family. Russell's achievements
include being a finalist in the United States Pro Standard Championships
and a finalist at the Ohio Star Ball. Now his goal is to provide quality
instruction for the social or competitive dancer and to give back to
the dance community he loves so much.
The
goal of the studio is to provide quality instruction for social, competitive,
or wedding couples who want to learn the art of ballroom dancing. If
it is social dancing you want, GREAT! If it is competition dancing,
he loves to compete! And if it's a wedding you want, well Russell is
still working on his first but he has taught many couples their first
wedding dance.
